These terms apply when you use kenaara.com or purchase from Kenaara. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the storefront.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We try to present product colours, measurements and descriptions accurately, but screen settings and production variations may cause minor differences. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. Kenaara may refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, incomplete details, delivery restrictions or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payment and Cash on Delivery

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may require verification and is subject to serviceability. You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery, return, exchange and refund arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, copy store content for commercial use, place fraudulent orders or interfere with another customer’s use of the service.

The Kenaara name, branding, photography, artwork, product designs and website content are owned by or licensed to Kenaara and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

The store relies on Shopify, couriers, payment providers and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Links to third-party sites do not imply responsibility for their content or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kenaara is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.
