Kenaara delivers across Pakistan. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During launches, sales or peak periods, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery
- Major cities: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or extended-service areas: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, security restrictions or incomplete address information.
Shipping charges
Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Any free-shipping threshold displayed on the storefront applies to the qualifying order subtotal after discounts.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and orders. Please provide an active phone number and complete address so the courier can contact you. Kenaara may confirm a COD order before dispatch and may cancel an order that cannot be verified.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is sent when available. Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If a parcel appears seriously damaged, you may refuse it and contact us.
Incorrect or incomplete address
The customer is responsible for accurate delivery details. Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or unclaimed parcel may be charged before re-dispatch.
International orders
This policy is written for Pakistan deliveries. If international delivery is offered at checkout, timing, duties, taxes and import charges depend on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
